Harvard Square Homeless Shelter Corporation

Every winter since 1983, the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter, staffed and directed by students at Harvard University, has provided food, housing, and a friendly, supportive environment for two dozen men and women each night during the five coldest months of the year.

The Harvard Square Homeless Shelter Corporation is a registered nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting the Shelter through fundraising and advocacy. In October 2018, we were honored to receive the Phillips Brooks House Association's "Outstanding Supporter" Award.

Browse this site or email info@hshsc.org for more information on the work of the Corporation. Email hshs.info@gmail.com for more information about the Shelter itself.
